He had been in failing health for 1 year. A retired machine operator at Moraine Box Co., member of Germantown Emmanuel Lutheran Church. Survived by four daughters, Mrs. John Fox, Mrs. Lawrence Miller, both of Germantown; Mrs. Ray Phillips of Bradenton, Florida, Mrs. Gerald Zeck of Columbus, Ohio; One son, Firman of Miamisburg, 1 brother, Clarence of Farmersville, 14 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren. Funeral services 2 pm Monday from the John A. Arpp Funeral Home, Germantown, Ohio. Pastor Paul Bressler officiating. Burial Germantown Cemetery. Visitiation Sun 2 to 9 pm at the funeral home.
