Surveyd for Stephen Hester Junr Forty acres of land in Bladen County lying on the Reedy branch beginning at an Elbow Tree in John Rufus line and runs So. 61 west with sd Rufus line 43 chain to a white oak in Stephen Hesters Snrs line then with his line No.15 W 5 chain to Col. Owens line their with his line No.44 E 35 chain to a stake So. 56 E. 17 chain and 40 links to the beginning.
