Wedding Wednesday - Hess & Bloss (1811 VA)

John Hess married Mary Bloss, daughter of John Adam Bloss on 27 JUN 1811 in Rockingham County, Virginia.  John & Mary were the parents of eight children:
Joseph (1813-1891), Elizabeth, Polly, John F. (1818-1888), Leanna, Sarah (1851-1907), Permelia*(1829-1916) and William H. (1831-?). 

They migrated ca1850/1 to Butler County, Ohio were both John and Mary are buried in the Middletown Cemetery.  They were my 4th great grandparents.
