Wedding Wednesday - Ansley & Raiford

One of my many "unidentified" Ansley's.  Do you know who this young woman is?  Perhaps you know who her parents were?  If so I'd love to hear from you.  

The clipping is from an unidentified source, it came to me in an envelope via US Mail, stating only that the sender knew I was researching the Ansley line. 

So TWO mysteries in one envelope -  Where is the clipping from?  And who is Miss Edna Ansley?
