Military Monday - George K. Ligon (Confederate VA)

George K. Ligon, a Confederate from Virginia was discharged due to "Conscript Law" on 15 AUG 1862.  For more information on Conscript Law go here .  Interesting reading,  I wasn't aware of this during the civil war, so I'm learning while I post these things for you!  A good thing!
